The Spring provides 2,142 square feet of comfortable living space. The open-concept layout, including the large family room, kitchen, eating area and covered back patio make this a great home for a new or growing family and also provides the perfect space for entertaining. You can leave the flex room open, or turn it into an office or a fourth bedroom, if desired.

If extra space and storage is important to you, take note of the extra hallway closets, expanded laundry room, large walk-in pantry and the huge walk-in closet connected to the owner’s bath.

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. Overall approximate size: 55' w x 58' d with two-car garage, and 67' x 58' with three-car garage. The family room is 21' x 16' and the kitchen is approximately 12.5' x 14'.

The owner's suite is tucked away to provide comfort and privacy, and you'll enjoy plenty of space in the master bedroom at 19.5' x 13.5'.
