The Hamilton: A spacious plan for a growing family 

Entering the Hamilton you'll notice the expansive family room which opens into the kitchen and dining area. This spacious area is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen provides ample storage with a large island, walk-in pantry and has enough space to add a double oven for those who enjoy cooking.

The starting price is based on the Classic Elevation. Overall approx size: 70' w x 51' d with two-car garage, and 82' x 51" with three-car garage. The family room is 18' x 20 ' and the kitchen is over 11' x 18'.
