Overall approximate size: 55' w x 47' d with two-car garage, and 55'  w x 34' d without garage. The family room is approximately 20 x 15' and the eating area is 11' x 11'.  The master suite is approx. 13' x 15'. You may not want to leave this laundry room - nestled right in the center of the action with a big window (in the no-garage option) and plenty of room to move around, fold, and hang. And don't mistake the pantry for a master closet, as big as it is we would understand..
